About Spica Homes
A small builder with a long record.
Spica Homes is a boutique home builder based in Asheville, North Carolina, specializing in custom spec houses for sale throughout Buncombe and Henderson counties. We are intentionally small, so every home gets hands-on attention from a builder who has been at this since 2012.
Over the years, I have built and sold more than 30 homes across Western North Carolina, each one shaped by the land it sits on and finished to the standard we would want in our own home. The result is mountain living done right: durable, comfortable, and genuinely beautiful.
At Spica Homes, building a home is personal. We think about the everyday moments that make a house feel like home: cooking together, gathering with family, and enjoying a quiet evening on the porch. That perspective shapes the homes we build, with thoughtful layouts, practical details, and welcoming spaces designed for real life.
